AWARDS (All awards can be won in Platinum, Gold, Silver & Bronze levels)
The event is held once a year. The exact location may vary because, as Theaters close across California, we are always seeking novel solutions to the upcoming event.
We have award prizes that are Bronze, Silver, Gold, and the Grand Jury Prize.
Gold, Silver and Bronze Digital Award certificates are given out every 3 months. This is decided by a panel of 5 judges. These awards are Imdb eligible.
In the final month before the main event, a group of 7 judges go over all the award winning entries and choose the Best to win the Grand Jury Prizes for the year. 6 in total. Even if you only won bronze, you are still eligible for the Grand Jury Prizes. As the judges are entirely different, you are still equally in the running for the Grand Jury Prizes, so don’t despair if you only get bronze, and don’t be too hopeful if you have a Gold Award.
All winners are welcome to order trophies at any time for a low fee. We make a 10% mark-up on the base cost of the trophies (physical costs, printing, postage and staff cost), so please understand we offer this as a service to you.
The Europa Prizes are for any style of film, are more artistic in nature
The Leviathan Prizes are for horror films and similar dark themed films.
The H.G. Wells Prizes are for Science Fiction films
The Jury Prizes are for any style of film
